Your newly updated apartment boasts impeccable attention to detail and a refined aesthetic, featuring modernized kitchens with sleek appliances. Savannah Heights is a pet-friendly community! With an additional monthly fee and a refundable pet deposit, we're happy to accommodate your beloved pets. To apply, simply visit our website at www applysns com and complete the application. There is a $50 application fee per applicant for anyone 18 years or older. There is a $100 administrative fee due upon move in. Our minimum requirements include: 1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate 2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers. 3. A credit score of at least 550. 4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years 5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years 6. No sex offenders 7. We do not accept Section 8 vouchers.
