This is truly an adorable home! So close to everything too! Very walkable and bikeable area, right down the street from DU, and Lucile's, and a ton of other great places! This is the Rosedale Neighborhood. Walk into the super large living room with windows surrounding you. Look across the way and you'll spy beautiful built in, glass front cabinets showing off the original wood work, and built in shelves next to that. Everything has been freshly painted except this.
