This fully furnished studio is located at a newer, small condo building at 224 Laurel Street. The unit is facing the quieter courtyard. The building is well maintained, parking and entry are secured, and the neighbors are lovely. Everything is a short walk given its convenient downtown location. The unit has one assigned parking spot as well a storage room. This cozy and fully furnished home has hardwood floors throughout, double-paned windows with a balcony. The unit has all electric, stainless-steel appliances: dishwasher, stove, microwave hood and fridge. There is a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen. Additionally, there is a very large closet space. The full bathroom has a large shower and W/D are in a closet off the kitchen area. The unit will be rented furnished, and the tenant is free to rearrange furnishings as they see fit. The building has an elevator serving all floors. This unit is ideal for any resident relocating to Santa Cruz, be it for school or work. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
