Amazing location for SCAD students. 3-minute walk to Arnold Hall. You'll be able to go anywhere you need using the bus lines. Walkable to Forsyth Park. I would walk there every weekend for the farmers market when I lived there, straight down Bull St. In-unit stackable washer/dryer. Newer and high-end. Has a dishwasher. Has a huge living room and dining room. Fenced in yard and deck. The rooms are huge, one has a walk-in closet. (Rare in Sav!) Parking is street parking. Happy to talk to potential tenants on the phone to answer any and all questions, provide more details, or answer questions about location or SCAD. I am a SCAD graduate, and need to rent the space while I am away. Pets allowed.
