Nice split level 4 bedroom 2 bath duplex with attached garage. The spacious living room features a vaulted ceiling with fan, with a decorative fire place. The kitchen has all electric appliances including fridge, dishwasher and over the range microwave. All 4 bedrooms are nice sized with ample closet space. Both bathrooms are full with tub/shower combo and plenty of storage. Washer and dryer hookups. Owner does not participate in housing voucher program. Please note that, once approved, we require that residents take possession of the property within 14 days of approval. If the property is not yet available for move-in, we require that the move-in date be set to within 14 days of the expected availability date. Pets Accepted (Up to 3) on a case-by-case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 mo./rent, and pet screening fee per pet prior to move-in.
