Landscaping is taken care of by Landlord (through pricey HOA dues), as are water bills. Tenant picks up the rest of the utilities. TONS of extra storage space built into garage. Best of all, zoned for Vanderburg, Miller, and Coronado. Entertainment venues are within minutes (Henderson Multi-Gen Center, Lee's Family Forum (home of the Henderson Silver Knights of the American Hockey League, the Vegas Knight Hawks of the Indoor Football League, the Vegas Thrill of the Pro Volleyball Federation, and PWHL Las Vegas of the Professional Women's Hockey League), the District at Green Valley Ranch, Paseo Verde Park, Discovery Park, and more). It sets up best as a two bedroom with an office, but could be used as a three bedroom as well if needed (no closet in office). Has a heavy, well built, locking screen door in the front for those nice Fall days. The garage has tremendous storage cabinets all the way around the parking area that are deep and store lots of tools. It is a shop person's dream. Pets are fine, with pet security deposit depending on size, number, etc. Security deposits of one month’s rent, cleaning, and pets required, together with first and last months’ rent due on signing. Please note: Smoking not permitted.
