Property Id: 2387704 2160 F is a 2nd-floor condo in the back of the building at The Enclave on Bethel Rd. It has been painted, cleaned, and the carpeting replaced. The kitchen has a black stove, refrigerator, & dishwasher, with newer countertops. The laundry area off the kitchen will fit a full-size washer & dryer (water included), and there is a coin-operated washer/dryer in every building. There are 2 bedrooms, both with walk-in closets. One bedroom has sliding glass doors to the balcony, and the other has a bathroom inside. Columbus schools! There is one reserved parking space per unit and plenty of unmarked parking. The building has a locked exterior door, and there are 4 units on the first floor and 4 on the second floor. 2160 F is vacant & ready to rent. We do require the new resident to see it before applying. We can hold it for up to 3 weeks from the date of application, with a signed lease agreement. You are welcome to see 2160 F during office hours on Monday from 9:30-5, Friday from 9:30-5, and Wednesday from 9:30-12. If you need a different day/time than office hours, please email KPM & we will make arrangements. We allow cats & ANY service animal/emotional support animal, provided the owner & condominium management company are provided with proper paperwork. We require good credit, good rental history, and your income needs to be 3x the monthly rent (gross).
