When you enter you will see a nice living area followed by a half bath in the hall way that leads to the dining area, laundry closet with washer and dryer connections and the kitchen. You will also see a staircase leading to the very large bedrooms upstairs and one bathroom and linen closets. Both rooms have large closets. The main floor also has a one car oversized garage. There is a small fenced in back yard. Lone Star Square if family owned and managed. We take care of our tenants and our residents tend to stay for long periods of time. We seek quality tenants who respect quality landlords. Our lease is 12 months. The application fee is $50 per adult. Security Deposit is $1475 There is a mandatory $125 utility fee. The utility fee covers Water, Sewer, 2x week Trash and lawn maintenance. You pay electric, cable/sat and internet. Total monthly payment is $1600 Friendly pets are welcome. We charge a $300 pet fee per pet upon arrival. There is no pet rent, just the one time FEE. Pet's must be approved, but our pet policy is not restrictive as long as they are friendly.
