Work from home in our dedicated work space Plenty of outdoor lounge areas in our private, fully fenced backyard with propane grill Room for the whole family (dogs included) in this truly cozy home away from home! This is a beautifully furnished, well-maintained, impeccably cleaned furnished rental available to rent for 4 - 16 weeks (1 - 4 months) at a time. All utilities are included (including wireless internet, trash/recycling removal). We offer complementary mid-stay housekeeping cleans. Pet policy: Being sympathetic dog lovers, we allow one dog (less than 50lb) to stay at our furnished rental home. Our standard non-refundable pet fee is $400 per stay. This goes to cover the professional steam cleaning of the carpets + upholstered furniture after your pet's stay with us.) Special exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis with specific approval from the owners. You'll find this modern home lightly decorated with a focus on comfort and spaciousness throughout. ✔ A three level home with half staircases to each level for minimal stairs ✔ Three bedrooms with plenty of storage space, plush bedding, and windows that let in large amounts of natural light ✔ A bathroom on the upper + lower levels ✔ Two living spaces on the main and lower levels with Smart TVs and plenty of seating ✔ A fully stocked kitchen with new appliances ✔ Complementary paper products, coffee, tea, olive oil, basic spices, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent ✔ Washer + dryer on the lower level ✔ A large backyard with plenty of outdoor lounge areas in our private, fully fenced backyard ✔ A large back deck with a grill and outdoor dining furniture and lighting to make for the perfect evening BBQ's with family and friends ✔ Safe residential neighborhood close to some of Colorado Springs' best attractions and parks! Guests will have full access to the house and fully fenced backyard with deck. There is currently no garage access but the driveway can park up to 2 cars and there is ample street parking in front of the property.
