This is the second & third floor of a duplex that has been completely remodeled and is located in the Colfax school district. The private entrance on the first floor has a large landing with a coat closet and enough room to store bikes. The main floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom with double sinks, laundry closet, coat closet, and a great room with living dining, and kitchen space combined. The great room has tile flooring and access to a huge deck on the back of the building. The kitchen includes granite counters, subway tile backsplash, white cabinets, track lighting, and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, high BTU glass top stove, and refrigerator with ice and water in the door. The third floor has a second full bathroom and two bedrooms with vaulted ceilings and walk in closets. This unit has two tandem parking spaces behind the building that will fit 4 vehicles. There is basement access on the side of the building for extra storage. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays electric. There is high efficiency electric heat and central AC. Leases at this apartment can end July 15th, July 31st, or August 15th of each year. This duplex is located on the border of Shadyside and Friendship, yards from the Liberty East development with the new Whole Foods and a new park. It's an easy walk to all of the shops in both Shadyside and East Liberty. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
