This is a functional, well maintained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom manufactured home, and is centrally located in the Sequim area. It has newly installed carpets and paint throughout. The main bedroom boasts a large soaking tub, double sinks and a walk-in shower. Just outside of city limits, this property is on an expansive 1 acre lot with a garden already fenced in to keep critters out. Private setting on a dead end road. This property also has a large, covered back porch, firewood box, and center-placed wood stove to keep heating costs down. There is a large shop for your use. Pets are ok; must be fixed, adult and friendly. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company).
