Upon entering the front door you will ascend one more flight of stairs. Before reaching the main level you will see the access to the adorable and charming rooftop terrace. This is completely private to Suitet C and features a comfortable couch and umbrella for lounging and enjoying our beautiful Charleston weather. Once on the main floor, you are greeted with historic charm and loads of natural light from the large Broad Street facing windows. The open kitchen and living room is the perfect place to entertain! The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, chairs, and a large TV. A large dining table with bench seating separates the living room from the kitchen and is the perfect place to enjoy a family meal, or use as a work from home space! The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. Also in the kitchen is a fun and unique feature- a window seat that looks over Broad Street. You will love the people watching from this spot! Just off of the living room and kitchen area is a half bathroom for your convenience. Also on this level is the first of the three bedrooms. This room is set up more as an office/den space, but the couch pulls out to a Queen size bed should you need this room to be set up as a bedroom. There is an en suite bathroom that features fun wallpaper, and a gorgeous tile shower. A desk has been added to this room (not pictured) so it can double as a home office! On the top floor you will find the additional two bedrooms. Both of these rooms feature high ceilings with exposed beams and share the Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a King size bed, and the other has a Queen size bed. The spacious bathroom has a marble top vanity, and a tile shower/tub combo with a glass door. Pets can be negotiated with a $250 per pet fee.
