Though that side of the building has some road noise, our condo is on the quiet side of the building facing the greenspace and forest, so it is very serene. On the ground floor are several shops, including physical therapy, a spa, and the iconic Trees restaurant. At the end of hallway is a shared deck with chairs and a table, that is seldom frequented. Use the garage opener to drive into the secure underground garage fitted with security cameras. Pull into your dedicated extra-long parking space. Bring one of the shopping carts over to your car to load up with your groceries. Then take the elevator up to the third (top) floor. For this entire experience you do not experience rain or wind - truly comfortable living. Completely wheelchair accessible. No stairs to impede access. This condo is completely furnished. No smoking or vaping, including the shared deck and below-grade parking area. No animals are allowed. The kitchen has a bar, stainless appliances, air fryer, garbage disposal, and plenty of kitchenware and essentials. Granite counters and tile floors in kitchen and bathroom. In the living room is a treadmill and recumbent bicycle so you can exercise while watching the news on the high-speed WiFi Roku TV. The living room has a gas fireplace and a ceiling fan. The bedroom also has a fan. Fire sprinklers throughout for safety. The neighbors and the entire complex is very quiet. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with gel-foam mattress, a desk and a router with high-speed internet.
