The house has new window A/C units, and two new floor furnaces. The house comes with a washer and dryer installed in the back mud room. The property backs up to a City Park with 1/2 mile paved walking trail, and is within walking distance of Downtown Edmond's entertainment and dining areas. Lawn care is included in the rent. The detached garage on this property is not part of the lease. Only the house is for rent. No Smoking, No Cannabis, No Vaping Allowed Inside or Outside the property. No Pets Allowed FICO Score of 700 or better. Must be currently employed for over two years at the same job. We require gross monthly income to be four times the monthly rent of $1,350.00 The application is free to fill out. To view the home in person an application must be completed online.
