About the Unit: Welcome to my beautiful 1700sqft 3BD/3BA duplex condo home, equipped with a shared from yard (but its basically ours), a fireplace, in-unit washer/dryer, and beautiful wood floors throughout the main level. The home (except your room) is fully furnished which in a modern, sleek and abstract vibe. Throughout the next year, I plan on renovating the kitchen, and updating the fireplace and parts of the bathrooms. Lease Includes: • 6-month lease (which I'm really easy going about if you decide to move out if something doesn't work out for you) then goes month-to-month indefinitely • Internet (blazing 1200mb/s) • Gas/Water/Trash/Electric included Upstairs Room: $1425 (with ALL utilities included) Your room is located on the main floor, while the other two rooms are located downstairs (along with the washer&dryer). The room is a bit on the smaller side (9’8” x 9’6”), so it would be ideal for someone with minimal furnishings.
