Fish from the dock, eat dinner pool side, or kayak through the miles of canals. Ideally located in the beautiful Four Mile Cove Neighborhood with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants/bars, and the nearby beaches of Sanibel Island & Fort Myers. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath coastal home is the perfect spot for relaxation. With indoor and outdoor dining options, you can create endless memories while enjoying our waterfront views. The outdoor area comes equipped with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, umbrella covered lounge chairs, and a private heated pool. Additionally, your little ones and fur babies can play safely in the fully fenced in backyard. Prefer to relax indoors? Enjoy one of 4 smart TVs or play some board games while at the dining room table. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook gourmet meals: stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, oven, 4 burner stove top, and microwave | Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, rice cooker, sandwich maker, waffle maker, tea kettle, cooking basics, pots and pans, dishware, flatware, etc. GENERAL: Free high-speed Wi-Fi; central heating & A/C; ceiling fans (in each room); washer/dryer; linens/towels; and complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, hair dryer, hangers, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish soap.
