The Gates of Rochester even though are apartment didn’t work out for me and my boyfriend Kathy Assist Manager and Freddy Corporate where absolutely AMAZING to us. Extremely accommodating, understanding, and willing to work with us! Kathy always making sure we were doing well making sure we were comfortable in are new temporary home. Freddy accommodating are needs!

I moved to the Gates of Rochester last week. The apartment that was leased out to me was very clean and neat. The community is well maintained. Kathy from the office made everything super easy for me, right from the lease application, to showing me a virtual tour, giving me helpful recommendations, and checking in regularly to see if I am comfortable. If there were any concerns, she helped me immediately. She genuinely cared about my well-being in the apartment. It was great working with her. I had a peaceful experience with the move-in. Apartments here usually come with a microwave, but mine did not come with one. Kathy helped and tried to get me one, but I was able to purchase one on my own. So make sure you check the amenities if that's important before moving in. Otherwise I have no other concerns.
