There is no place better to live in Rochester than the Red44 Apartments for a few reasons. I lived in the Red44 apartments for a year from 2019-2020 and then moved to Dallas for a couple years. When I moved back to Minnesota I knew I wanted to live in Red44 again. For one the facility is always clean. The maintenance crew is always on top of things,responsive and most importantly very kind. The units are sturdy and high quality. The management team is awesome and easy to work with if you need help with anything. The gym is awesome and I use it almost everyday. The pool is great in the summer as it faces south and gets sun all day. The rooftop skydeck is a really cool feature with a panoramic view of the city and a fun hangout spot. It’s in a great location being in the middle of the two main roads of Rochester but at the same time you don’t hear noise from 52 or 14. You also are right on a hiking trail which parallels the zumbro river that can take you downtown or into the country depending which way you go. I use the walking trail almost everyday. It’s cool because you are in the city but surrounded by nature. You also are right next to Trader Joe’s as well as some solid restaurants and the mall. This place is the best and I would stay here if I wasn’t moving to another city. Can’t recommend enough.

This is a great place to live. Kim and the staff are so attentive and available. It is also really clean and kept. The apartment also backs up to a long walking and bike riding trail. Pet friendly too!
