The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and a huge size kitchen, dining room, living room. Access the laundry room without going outside. Street parking is available with a city parking permit ($31/year). We pay for all the utilities besides TV service. We offer long term and short term month to month leasing. Long Term Lease is for a 1 year lease at $1,450/month which includes all utilities. Short term month-to-month price is $1,850 with $600.00 security deposit.
