I just recently moved in to Kascade Place and I've loved every second! Tristan was so helpful in making sure that my move was seamless and has been great with all my questions since! The place itself is clean, quiet, and so comfortable to live in. Even being so close to the highway (convenient for anyone working downtown), there is tons of walkability and outdoor space in the surrounding neighborhoods. I highly recommend renting here!

I have lived here for the past year and have absolutely loved calling this place home. I am fortunate to face the woods and see all types of wildlife! (deer, owls, birds, etc.) It is a quiet community and very well kept. Management and maintenance are always quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend living here!
