In school, or have family in school? It's only five minutes away from RCTC and right down the street from Mayo High School and Willow Creek Middle School. Tenant pays electric and a $70 monthly utility fee that includes heat, water/sewer, and trash. Additionally, there is a mandatory $10 monthly technology fee and $10.50 liability landlord insurance fee. 2 cats are allowed with a $300 nonrefundable deposit and $40 a month per pet. Application fee is $55 per adult. We require a full background check, credit score of 601+, income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and at least 2 good rental references.
