Not only will you not have to worry about that, but there is a garage stall that is included, so you no longer have to worry about getting the snow off your car during those cold winter mornings! In school, or have family in school? It's only five minutes away from RCTC and right down the street from Mayo High School and Willow Creek Middle School. Tenant pays electric and a $70 property service fee. Additionally, there is a mandatory $10 monthly technology fee and $10.50 liability landlord insurance fee. 2 cats are allowed with a $300 nonrefundable deposit and $40 a month per pet. Application fee is $40per adult. We require a full background check, credit score of 601+, income of 2.5 times the monthly rent, and at least 2 good rental references.
