OUTDOOR AREAS The backyard has a private pool with plenty of poolside seating for lounging. A large balcony with a gas grill and table for six overlooks the pool. ***Jacuzzi does not heat*** THE LOCATION Located in the heart of Solana Beach it is a short walk to nearby local coffee shops, eateries, and boutiques. Less than a half mile from the front door is Fletcher Cove park with a beautiful little beach, walking paths, playground, and picnic tables and benches that overlook the ocean.
