About 2008 Miller Ave
Property Id: 1549550 Renting out my spare room in my house in Northside. Location is fairly central within Richmond, the neighborhood and block are very quiet, most parts of the city are at most a 15 minute drive away, and house is also very close to Battery Park. Seeking a quiet, respectful, drama-free, clean nonsmoker (and preferably non-drinker). House is massive with ample space for furniture/wall decor, has lovely high ceilings with plenty of natural light, a giant backyard with garden beds and plenty of room for more garden beds, and a lovely front and back porch. Your bathroom is semi-private; we will be sharing the shower in the bathroom until I can get mine fixed. You will be living with myself, a professional in my late 20s, and my cat, who is very friendly. Office and master bedroom will not be shared as I am using both of those rooms. I am not allowing pets as my cat is used to being the only pet in the house. Rent is $800/month + utilities. I cannot do any month-to-month leases at this time.
