Applications in the ziplock & at the plant shelf by the front door. This home should be available to rent & move into by February 25, or so 2024. Open House This Weekend, (after I talk to you on the phone or in person, & think you're a good tenant prospect, (with a few exceptions) for a brief tour, between the hours of 12noon & 4pm, Sunday February 18, 2024, & if no contract this week, open house again on Saturday & Sunday, February 24 & 25, 11am to 3pm. Please bring a proof of your income & all prospective tenants. Ideally, make an appointment time for those days. You can fill out an application online, or come by & pick one up from me. Please bring a proof of income if you're coming to tour this weekend. The first signed contract lease with a deposit, gets dinner with me in town-that's worth a 100 buy itself! I am looking for some more reliable & responsible tenants to rent my home- if another contractor or reliable handy-person, is available, great! A little help with little "to-do's", minor maintenance projects on this home, but still looking for some great, reliable, responsible tenants, to finish a 5 month lease, at the rent of $3,025.00 per month, with a $3,025.00 deposit, (2 separate cashier checks only!), then rent will be $3,100.00 August 1, 2024 (good deal for this area & sq. ft., as most rents tend to run $3,300-3,600.00+- per month for this square footage. You would be signing a 5 month lease, then turning it into a 1 year lease, based on the above rents. You'll pay your own utilities & cable/internet. A gardener every 4-6 weeks is included, for heavy trimming around the property, fruit trees, bushes, roses, hillside, etc. I need to be able to count on my future tenants to do a little light, yard work, making sure everything is watered, a bit of weeding & fertilizing the trees, bushes, roses, etc., so you do need to like gardening-I help out when I can. This is a pretty quiet area, so you need to be the same & respect the neighbors privacy & solitude as well, so no loud parties, please. Rules & laws are to be respected as well. If the cops come, you're gone! Also, no smoking or pets allowed- the garage is for cars to be parked in-not just as a storage facility, & please, no oil leaking cars as well- no big trucks, boats, trailers, motorhomes, Rv's or other types, just cars/small pick-ups, please. Call me for an appointment to view, but let me get to know you on the phone right off, so I can see if you meet my qualifications: maximum 2-3 people, due to the wear & tear on the infrastructure, & the small, rocked-in yard- this home is really not suitable for children to play outside on or for pets as well- looking for a 650+ Fico score, no evictions or late rent payments in the past 5 year history, which you provide, with your credit report, 3 references along with landlord names/phone #'s, previous addresses, 2 copies of your paycheck stubs, (which need to total approx. $9 to 10,000.00 per month gross income), 2 months bank statements, & a short statement as to why you're moving & want to rent my house.
