Extremely helpful staff, Lois and Kirsten did everything to make sure I was moved in quickly. The units are just as nice as the photos, the building is kept very clean and in great condition. it is in downtown, but noise is not a problem, not even on weekends. Residents are respectful and friendly as well. Maintenance is on point.

I'm really happy I found Rendezvous. The location is great, and I love my apartment - the views are a huge bonus. It's been nice having a place I'm excited to come home to and share with friends when they visit. Kristen, our property manager, has been super helpful. Whenever I've had an issue or request, she's quick to respond and get things sorted. Joe, our maintenance guy, is just awesome. He's friendly, efficient, and really cares about making sure everything's working well for us. I would love to see some community events! The building layout lets us go straight from our apartments to the parking garage, which feels very safe and is super convenient, but seeing neighbors is pretty rare. (:
