Great home in a sweet West Asheville neighborhood with a large den, an office, and a big grassy yard. The living room includes built-in shelving and a picture window. NEW picture windows were just installed in the living room and above the kitchen sink. Bi-fold doors in the living room open into the carpeted den with a gas fireplace. Kitchen appliances include the electric range, refrigerator, and NEW dishwasher. Three bedrooms and the bathroom are off the central hall, and the office is off of one of the bedrooms. The bathroom has been updated with a NEW vanity and NEW bathtub/shower fixtures. The vintage bathtub is like new, just refinished, and the bathroom tile has been re-glazed to a bright, clean white. Basement-level one-car garage and laundry area with washer/dryer hook-ups. Interior stairs for basement access are off the kitchen. Tenants responsible for all utilities (electricity, water/sewer, natural gas) and lawn mowing. One dog under 30 lb. is negotiable. Central heat (gas) and air conditioning. No smoking. No cosigners.
