This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is in great condition. You will love the spacious living room as you enter and love even more the large family room on the back of the house. There is a covered patio off the family room and two nice storage buildings in the fenced back yard. The neighborhood is a one block long street with nice homes from end to end. The refrigerator in the home can be used but is not guaranteed and can be removed if you have your own. The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee equal to 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of signing lease to be applied when vacating. Lease will expire April 30, 2027 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout options available if tenant needs to break lease.
