Monthly rent includes the following utilities: water, sewer, natural gas, internet and trash pickup. Tenant pays for electric and cable TV. This thoughtfully designed home offers two private suites, 'A' and 'B'. The great room concept features soaring ceilings, new carpet, a stylish kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The spacious primary suite ('A') has one king size bed, includes a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. There is also a stackable washer/dryer. The secondary suite ('B'), with its own private entrance has one queen sized bed, a full bathroom, and is equipped with a convenient kitchenette, new carpeting and new HVAC unit. The sofa in the living room has a queen sized hide-a-bed. Both 'A' and 'B' suites will sleep six people. Additional highlights include one assigned parking space and a prime location directly across from the community pool. Access to Green Valley Recreation amenities is available. Short term rentals of less than sixty days pay the rent for the term of the lease and no security deposit. Short term rentals of sixty days or longer pay the rent for the term of the lease and a $1,000 security deposit. The property is located in San Ignacio Villas in Green Valley, Arizona. It is an age restricted community with a Homeowners Association. The resident of the home must abide by the rules and regulations of the San Ignacio Villas Homeowners Association. At least one person residing on the property must be 55 years of age or older. A co habitant on the property must be 45 years of age or older. No person that is less than 18 years of age shall reside on the property for longer than three months in a 12 month period. After the term of the lease ends, the property will be rented month-to-month, if both the tenant and landlord agree. The monthly rent covers the cost of the following utilities: water, sewer, natural gas, electricity, garbage pickup, WiFi.
