Fabulous, sunny cottage ADU with hardwood deck, walk in closet, large kitchen with quartz counters, dishwasher, washer and dryer. All Utilities are included as well as access to our 1 gig fiber optic internet over wifi. The lovely garden is shared with us and our small, friendly, quiet dog and professionally maintained. 1 mile to the ocean, close to Cottage Hospital, the Mission, Rose Garden, Oak Park and downtown. Newly installed mini split heat pump for a/c and heat powered by a solar system. The apartment was substantially remodeled several years ago. Below the unit on the ground floor is our guest casita and the garage which is used for storage and the washer and dryer for the rental. One year lease, utilities included, no application fees other than what Realtor and their associated sites charge you. No smoking or vaping of any sort. There is no on site parking though street and alley parking are usually not a problem here. First months rent, last months rent and security deposit due at lease signing. Dog(s) allowed but are subject to approval by us and the resident dog. No cats, sorry. No pet fee or pet rent. Must have excellent credit and references.
