This house is designed in Tudor style with hardwood floors and stucco walls that radiate elegance and comfort. In addition, this rental features a well-appointed kitchen with all the necessary appliances to create delicious meals. This sweet rental has tons of natural light and a small dining area for four, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The living room has a cozy fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the nearby Santa Barbara attractions. Next to the living room is a separate TV room with a comfortable couch that folds out to sleep one person and has a huge flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. You can walk through the TV room to the primary bedroom and bath. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, end tables, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom also features a large sliding barn door closet with ample storage space. The second bedroom has a cozy queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower-tub combo, and a closet. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the patio area. The patio area is ideal for unwinding, with many seating options to enjoy the fresh air and California sunshine.
