Casalino Cottages is a pet friendly community, and we are happy to accept your approved four legged friends. From the exterior we have carefully restored all of the original Redwood siding, and kept the classic Craftsman style elements, going back to it's historic color scheme. Below the surface however, you will find that the entire property has been updated with new electrical, water, sewer, gas, roofs, ect. From a resident's perspective, you will be able to enjoy the best of this historic property without the typical maintenance headaches related to similar properties. On the interior, we are pleased to offer central Air Conditioning on every cottage, Stainless Steel Appliances, Dishwasher, Reverse Osmosis Water Tap, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Stackable Washer Dryer, On Demand Gas Fireplace, Ethernet Connections in Every Room, USB Charging Outlets, Granite Countertops, and Custom Tile Details.
