About 18860 Northwest Rock Creek Circle
Looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment. Private bathroom, shared bathtub/shower. Room is 10 x 10 ft with large closet (10 x 2 ft). Apartment has AC, ceiling fan, balcony, and all new appliances. Laundry is in every building, new commercial washer and dryers (Speed Queen front loading, pay by app). Pets welcome, as long as they get along with my super friendly cat. Whole community is basically one big park; lots of green space, big trees, water features, picnic tables and BBQ stands. There's also a dog park, large pool, fitness center and dry sauna. Parking is mostly open, with some assigned covered spots. On-site storage available. Located right next to HW26 and Hillsboro, so very close to all Intel campuses, Nike, OSHU, PCC, PSU and downtown Portland. Personally, I work a compressed work week at Intel and spend most of my free time adventuring. Into everything outdoors, especially rock climbing, trail running, and cycling. My only rules are no smoking and treat others the way you want to be treated. I'm all about open, honest communication and discussing any concerns before they become a problem.
