Full basement with laundry hookups, inviting front porch, double car garage with private drive and yard. Convenient location. One time $100 lease processing fee. $40 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. Tenant pays all utilities. Deposit is the same as one month's rent. Pets negotiable. ESA animals do not count as pets and are always welcome. Minimum 12 month lease.
