About 1828 S 11th St #1
Beautifully updated single-family on the corner of South 11th and Swift Avenue in Sheboygan. 3+ bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Vinyl plank flooring throughout the entire house, except the carpeted stairs. Open concept main floor with large kitchen, a peninsula/bar counter, and spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Granite countertops! Main floor bathroom has a tiled shower + tub, and main-floor laundry hookups are in a room off the bathroom. 1 bedroom on main floor. Upstairs has 2 more bedrooms, plus another passthrough room to the bathroom that could work as another bedroom/office/storage. Upstairs bathroom has a tub, but not a shower. Parking pad with at least 2 off-street parking spots. Fenced yard - the fence is not super tall, but helps with small children or pets. This is a smoke-free house. No utilities are included. Pets are allowed, $45 pet rent, per animal, per month. There is also a $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee. If you have a dog, just let us know the breed! Guard dog breeds require higher pet rent. Credit must be over 600, and no prior evictions. Our application fee is $25 per person, and that includes the necessary background check.
