Our large, heated swimming pool is a staple of our residents’ summers. Lounge, entertain, and swim at your leisure in Sheboygan’s perfect summer weather. If swimming isn’t your way of staying active, head down to our 24/7 fitness center, which boasts a variety of machines to accommodate any workout regimen. We place great importance on the privacy of our residents’ homes, which is why the Courtyard provides controlled access to residents and their guests. I lived at the Courtyard Apartments for little over 8 years, the first manager I had was Nick he was awesome Not only was my moving in very smooth but my apartment was hands down ready to move in. It waa a very nice 2 bedroom apartment. I also had an unattached garage. When Nick left it went down hill, with Crystal, nothing would get fixed, the outside started to look run down and not well maintained. I was going to give it 1 more year. Then came Rhonda, things did get better but not 100%. Then came Brandi, and she really took ownership of the property, I was happy to see the outside looking great once again, like when I first moved in. Brandi and her team are a perfect fit for the Courtyard, make sure you do what you can to kepp her. The one thing that I will absolutely say that needs Improvement is parking, there are cars that are parked for weeks upon months in the same spot taking up quality parking spots and nothing is done about it.There has to be a better system put in place, because the parking permits hand out are not the answer. I was very lucky and had a garage. From the day I moved in to the day I left everything in my ap artment always worked and if it did not they were certainly there the same week and got things fixed. I think has apartment tenants we have some responsibility also to take care of our units. I would highly recommend the Courtyard Apartments to anyone that is looking for a middle of the road apartment with a great cost attached to it
