You are only a mile from the Ballston metro which is a quick walk. You can take the bus or bike from the house and be at the metro in 10 minutes or less! Welcome to our newly renovated four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with granite countertops, new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and a large backyard! Parking is super easy; we have a two-car driveway and there is plenty of free unzoned street parking (rare for the area). You will love the beautiful hardwood floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, lots of windows, and recessed lighting throughout the house. There is a tankless hot water heater so you will never run out of hot water. About the roommates: One roommate moved to the NOVA area in December and works as a consultant for BAE Systems at a customer site in Vienna, VA. He graduated from Spring Arbor University in 2019 with a degree in English Education and spends his free time reading, running, traveling when possible, and playing the piano. Another roommate grew up in Connecticut, spent a semester studying in Italy, and holds a degree in Cybersecurity & Networks with a minor in Spanish. He works as a User Computing Administrator in Arlington, enjoys movies and shows. He has a Cinemark membership and keeps a Letterboxd account and loves rock music (Weezer is his favorite band) and considers himself a foodie (though he is allergic to bananas!) He also previously participated in a bowling league and is interested in exploring museums and food spots in the VA/DC area. The third roommate is 27, originally from Metro Atlanta, and moved to Arlington at the beginning of the year. She works as an addiction recovery nurse, loves travel and has lived in four countries outside the U.S., enjoys building community, and likes to spend her free time outdoors.
