Updated raised ranch with a 2 car garage in a well established Platte City neighborhood. This home has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. The kitchen is furnished with range/oven, dishwasher, lots of cabinets for storage, and a large dining area. The basement has ample storage with built in shelves and cabinets. . The large fenced in back yard features nice mature shade trees, a shed for additional storage as well as a fenced in garden area. There is a central vacuum in this home (as is). Pets are possible with the owner’s approval, an additional refundable deposit starting at $500, and $40/mth per pet. Upon approval of application, all residents must go through the pet screening regardless of if you own a pet or not. No smoking allowed including garage. The tenant is responsible for all utilities. Anyone 18 yrs and older must go through screening. There is also an additional $100 admin fee for all applicants/occupants over 18yrs. This property allows self guided viewing without an appointment.
