About the space: 3 bed 1 bath. Brand new fully modern kitchen, floors, windows, in-unit laundry, and electric fireplace with pristine white washed brick behind it! You would have your own private entrance through the backyard and can also use garage entry. Enough space for up to 3 cars parked in front of the house and a ton of other street parking around the cul de sac. Property also has a large backyard that is usable. The property is located in Aurora highlands- nice neighborhood with a pickleball court and park! It's a 5 minute drive to Buckley AFB, 15 min drive to CU Anschutz, and 30 min drive to down town Denver. About Us: I am an Air Force Veteran and work for Shea Homes as a construction superintendent and Sierra is an epidemiologist for the state of Colorado. Utilities are electric, water, and trash. WiFi set up is handled by the tenant. The pants tenants have lived In the space for the past 2 1/2 years and are moving out. Please let me know if you’d like to talk to them about the space and how they liked it.
