Ceiling fan with remote for different speeds and light dimmer in the main living area. The windows are giant, dramatic picture windows (one of the main living room and one in the bedroom). Custom built in window panels made with shoji screen. Each window has four panels that can close completely or slide in many different configurations to let in light. Really beautiful. The bedroom is HUGE. Two closets. There is your own fairly large storage area in the basement of the building. The building itself if beautiful. The lobby is giant and dramatic with coffered ceilings and a glitzy chandelier. All units are gut rehab condo units done about 7 years ago. Two elevators in the building. Six story building. Shared roof top for grilling or laying out or available to rent out for private parties, etc. Pets are negotiable. This unit is one block away from the red line (purple line if traveling north) for super easy public transportation. There is also parking available at an indoor lot not too far or potentially at an open lot across the street (may be a waitlist for the open lot). Behind the building is an LA Fitness, Dominick's (literally a parking lot away) and various other stores. There is also a little dog park across the way, which this unit looks out onto.
