This townhome is currently occupied and we will be showing with approved applications only. Photos, video, and application are located on the Guardian Property Management website. The home is available on June 1st (Sorry no flexibility on Start date), and we are looking for a 20-24 month lease to start. Walking into the home from the front door you will find faulted ceilings in the living room making the space feel large. Fireplace, dining area and walk out patio are all located on the main level along with the kitchen, quarter bath, storage, and access to the two car garage. Upstairs you will find a loft, primary bedroom with walk in closet, full bath, laundry, and second bedroom (not photo'd). As a tenant you will pay for gas and electric. Lawn care, snow removal, wst are paid for by the owner. Renters insurance is required. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit, rental/work history and includes a criminal background check. For full criteria visit our website and click “apply now” on the listed unit. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
