Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, one with a vaulted ceiling, connected by a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom. The layout provides excellent separation of space, abundant natural light, and generous closet and storage options. Amenities include: -Balcony off the kitchen -Personal front yard (can be leased furnished or unfurnished) -Central heat and AC -New dishwasher -New gas range -Hardwood and vinyl flooring -Updated bathrooms -Gas fireplace -In-unit washer and dryer -Shared back deck (above the back unit’s garage) The home will be leased unfurnished, with the option for tenants to use the front yard furniture if desired. There is free parking in the neighborhood, with the option for permit parking on our street. Tenants pay all utilities except water and waste. Tenants are responsible for snow removal and outdoor maintenance. Pets are negotiable with a one-time fee — no monthly pet rent. Renter’s insurance is required.
