My boyfriend and I are on our fourth month of living here. From the minute we were interested in these apartments, the Alpine Meadows management have been nothing but kind and helpful. The application process was fast and easy, and moving in was a breeze. Our apartment is perfect and everything I could have asked for, especially for the price. We love our wood floors, our spacious bedroom, and our bathroom (great water pressure in the shower and the water stays hot!). We also love our washer and dryer units. Our dryer went out about a month ago, and the maintenance team was able to replace our dryer in a timely matter. I also adore the ladies in the office, each one of them is very sweet and will always answer my questions. They are great about calling you back when they are out of office. And you can tell they all care about their residents, as they have been very helpful during this time of COVID. Overall I am very happy with Alpine Meadows and think the price is great, especially when you compare to other apartments available in Gresham.

I've lived on both sides in all 3 units from 1,2,and 3 bdrm apartments over the course of almost 12 years. Office staff is very helpful, attentive, and friendly. Maintenance is typically on top of requests within a day or 2. They keep the grounds maintained, try to bring the community together for social child friendly events, and it's really one of the quietest places I've lived. I'm happy to call it home. I could live without the rental increases every year but that's not completely within their control. I highly recommend this complex.
