About 1713 Sagewood Drive
Hi - I'm looking to share a home with the right person in the sweet Parkwood East neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, plus small office/bedroom. You would have the lower half of the split level, we share the main level (living room, kitchen, dining room), as well as outside and 2 car garage. It's a wonderful home that I've been renting for about 18 months. About me - contemplative and kind (at least I hope that's true ;-)) I spend a lot of time as sort of an Urban Shaman/Monk. I work quite a lot and 4 days a week I work from home and try to make it to the office at least once a week. I have the sweetest dog Teddy who is a larger Australian Cattle and Great Pyrenees mix. He is my heart and it would be wonderful if you're a dog person although he's not intrusive in any way. I spend a lot of my time with my Teddy walking, hiking, but also a lot of meditation time at home. I love grilling and cooking and love to share. I don't drink but am not opposed to your choices as long as it's balanced and respectful. I've had a lot of roommates and grew up in a large family so I know how to share well but also respect and appreciate others’ space and privacy. Your area would be the lower part of the house which either has a large open area that my current roommate has partitioned into a bedroom and living area, a bathroom and an adjoining either office or small bedroom. And lower is the unfinished basement which has a good deal of storage. We have a beautiful fenced in back yard and open front yard and we live in the best neighborhood Parkwood East with Edora just a few blocks away. The lease term is 8 months because you will be taking over for the person who is moving out. The lease ends June 2025. If things work out, we can discuss signing another lease. Available October 4th.
