The photos and video walkthrough are of the current unit and it is in excellent condition. This is available for in person tours. Walking into the back door you are in the kitchen. Off the kitchen is the second bedroom and that is connected to the bathroom. The bathroom is also connected to the office room. The living room is spacious and primary bedroom has double doors with a large walk in closer and access to the screened in Patio. 1 Off Street parking space included in the rent. A second car would need to find street parking. As a tenant you are responsible for gas and electric. Lawn and snow is a shared responsibility with the lower unit. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
