Apt is in the heart of Uptown close to Carrollton Ave streetcar, can walk or ride bikes to Tulane or Loyola Univs. Great nhood. Street parking but never a problem right in front of house. Central AC, stainless steel appliances included (except microwave), 1 bedroom has a private bathroom w/ a large stone shower. 9' ceilings, historic heart pine flooring, cute front porch, garden, granite countertops, cute backyard, great closets.
