Applicants with lower credit scores may qualify following an individualized assessment of rental payment history, outstanding housing-related obligations, income stability, and other relevant financial circumstances. A lower credit score alone will not automatically disqualify an applicant. Rental History: Positive rental history is strongly preferred. Applicants should demonstrate a reasonable record of timely rent payments and compliance with prior lease obligations.
