The kitchen is L-shaped with white shaker-style cabinets, laminate countertops, and white appliances. The living area is open to the kitchen and receives natural light from the french doors. The bedroom is a comfortable size with a window for natural light. The bathroom has a single-sink vanity with a wood cabinet and a tub/shower combination. The 1-car garage is included with this unit and has built-in shelving for additional storage. There is a small backyard for the unit as well. Utilities are split by the number of people with the upstairs unit. The property is located in the established Vamo neighborhood of south Sarasota, a quiet residential area nestled near Little Sarasota Bay. Wharf Road Park is at the end of the street and offers a public boat ramp, kayak and canoe launch, a picnic shelter, fishing access, and wildlife viewing on Little Sarasota Bay.
