Love Garden Grove apartments. Had a couple of issues and had to call for maintenance and they were prompt, and fixed the issues immediately, the same day. Very happy with this complex. Very responsive. Can't say enough good things about Garden Grove.

Great amenities - And excellently maintained Especially the pool- Quiet and safe Nieghbor hood - Close to all the fun activities of Sarasota. Also I have to respectfully disagree with some of the Other lower reviews on Google. this apartment complex, does have some issues-as all do… However; Every single one of the 0ffice staff and all of the ground crew are amazing and professional. if something needs to be done- a work request is submitted— they always without fail: handle it right away. They care.
