Available for flexible lease term! This one bedroom condo is located directly across the street from City Park! As you enter the building, this unit is the closest to the main door for convenient access. The unit is fully fitted with hardwood floors and neutral tone walls. The bedroom is very spacious and has large windows to let in natural light. There is a large closet in the bedroom, as well as another large closet just outside the bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen, located just off the hallway by the front entrance, has adequate counter space and cabinets. The unit is complete with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and gas range. The living room is spacious and also has large windows to brighten up the space. Connecting the kitchen and the living room, there is another room perfect for a dining room or home office! The unit is heated through radiators located in each room. There is no cooling in the building. There is a shared, coin operated, washer and dryer in the basement of the building. Located just off 17th Ave, this building is directly across the street from City Park, the Denver Zoo, and the Denver Botanic Gardens! Easy access to both Colorado Blvd and Colfax Ave, which will take you anywhere in the metro area. Very close to an abundance of restaurants and bars located all throughout the area.
