The unit also includes access to a basement with laundry hookups, an on-street parking pad, and tenants may provide their own window AC units for comfort. Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for gas, electric, trash, water and sewer. Tenant is responsible for lawn/shrubbery care, and snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable) that will be refunded to Section 8 applicants if approved. All adult tenants (and cosigners) must apply separately, so that we can screen everyone individually. Located in North Braddock, near Homestead, Swissvale, Edgewood, Squirrel Hill, Munhall and the greater Pittsburgh Area. Easy access to 30 (Penn Ave) and I-376.
